The Demo Dave Story
In 1986, David started Bayside Construction with a simple idea: do honest work, leave clean job sites, and treat people right. Four decades later, that's still how we operate.
Somewhere along the way, customers started calling him Demo Dave. The nickname stuck because it fits. Dave has spent 40 years tearing things down—houses, commercial buildings, pools, concrete, mobile homes.
